Blue Sky Villa Retirement Village is a 42-acre not-for-profit community complex located in Conrad, Montana, that is open to all persons 55-years of age or older.  Blue Sky Villa is owned by the City of Conrad and the managing entity is Horizon Lodge Garden Apartments, Inc.  We welcome visitors, guests, and potential residents to tour Blue Sky Villa during regular business hours, Monday through Friday (appointments can be made for weekend visits).   

 

Conrad, Montana, is a small, friendly, and scenic community located near Glacier National Park, the Rocky Mountains, and Great Falls.  Conrad is a short distance from some amazing trout, walleye, and northern pike fishing locations, and has a golf course, with two other courses available within 30 miles.  Some in-town services available include: churches, public library, city parks, theater, a full-service medical center with visiting specialists, nursing home care, physicians, dentists, home health, hospice, optometrists, pharmacies, entertainment, grocery stores, and shopping.  Our community also offers a handicapped-accessible bus that provides transportation for residents of Conrad and Blue Sky Villa.
